Our DISC Assessment for Kids product is the ideal tool for nurturing self-awareness and adaptability in children up to the 8th grade or approximately 13 years old. This child-centered version focuses exclusively on the DISC profile, presenting insights in an age-appropriate and engaging manner. With this product, your child will receive a detailed report about their DISC profile, complete with a one-hour interactive debrief from a certified DISC trainer who specializes in youth development.
Please note that we require parents or guardians to be present during the debrief, transforming it into an enriching shared experience. This will not only provide your child with valuable insights about themselves, but it will also create a foundation for them to better understand and navigate their environments. The goal is to help your child grow in self-knowledge, adaptability, and emotional intelligence, ultimately aiding them in their personal and academic journey.

Our company offers assessments as part of its services. Please note that once the debrief for an assessment has been completed, there will be no refunds available.
If a client wishes to request a refund, they must do so in writing within 72 hours of their purchase by emailing a.sol@achromaticsolutions.com. After this period, no refund requests will be considered.
For clients who request a refund within the initial 72-hour period but have not taken the assessment, they will receive a refund with a deduction of $15 from the original payment.
In the event a client has taken the assessment but has not scheduled their debrief, a refund will be granted with a deduction of $50 from the original payment.
For the debrief sessions, clients must be at a computer and in a quiet area where they can speak without interruption. Failure to do so within 5 minutes of the start time will result in the cancellation of the meeting. If the meeting is cancelled after the start time due to a client no-show or failure to provide a conducive environment for the session, no refund will be issued.
A client may reschedule their debrief once without incurring any fees, provided they give more than 48 hours notice. Rescheduling within 48 hours of the debrief will incur a $15 fee. Rescheduling a second time will be subject to an additional fee of $25. There will be no opportunity to reschedule a third time, and the client will lose their allocation of time.
Refunds, when approved, will be processed within 3 to 5 business days.
Exceptional Circumstances
The Company reserves the right to deviate from this refund policy in exceptional circumstances. Such circumstances will be assessed and granted at the sole discretion of the Company.
